Cerratinga is a site to learn about fruits, products, recipes, stories and a little of the culture of the traditional peoples and communities of the Cerrado and Caatinga.
This project is an initiative of the Society, Population and Nature Institute (ISPN), in partnership with several organizations, with the aim of making available to the public a variety of information on native species of these biomes. Rich in flavors, colors and smells, these species have high nutritional and medicinal quality. And as sustainability is the motto, here you can also find a little about the ways of life of the groups responsible for the conservation and use of these natural resources.
