This Term of Reference aims to contract a specialized technical-legal and political consultancy service, with a view to preparing a training booklet for the communities of the Cantão/Ilha do Bananal APA, focusing on deforestation in the region and in the state of Tocantins, using data from the MapBiomas platform, the MP/TO Deforestation Monitoring Panel and current environmental legislation.
