This Term of Reference aims to hire a Full Socio-Environmental Analyst to act as a specialized professional, responsible for the preparation, implementation, monitoring and analysis of ISPN's socio-environmental projects and activities, especially actions/activities related to the Community Initiatives Program (PIC) and the Ecos Fund's community projects.
