This Terms of Reference aims to contract specialized technical services to provide technical assistance to family farming enterprises, focusing on sanitary regularization, preparation of technical documentation for obtaining registrations, and monitoring of processes with the competent bodies, within the scope of the Youth Empowerment and Rural Feminism Project. The organization to be assisted is the Galileia Women's Group, located in the municipality of Cidelândia (MA).

This Terms of Reference aims to hire a professional to work as an Administrative-Financial Analyst, responsible for the financial and budgetary management and accountability of the CAP4BIO project activities, as well as providing administrative and financial support to ISPN initiatives, ensuring compliance with the guidelines of the institution and the funder.

The contract aims to strengthen the environmental and territorial management of indigenous peoples in Maranhão and Pará, through the implementation of ecological restoration actions, technical training, and the promotion of agroecological practices focused on environmental recovery and the sustainable use of territories.

This terms of reference aims to contract specialized geoprocessing services to support the delineation of polygons that will comprise the Restoration Plan of the Tupi-Timbira Alliance for the Restoration of Forests in Eastern Amazonia project. The work includes the creation of thematic maps, analysis of geospatial data, and delimitation of priority areas for ecological restoration in Indigenous Lands of the Gurupi Mosaic, contributing to the planning, implementation, and monitoring of the project's actions.
