This terms of reference aims to hire two specialized technical advisors in Agricultural Sciences to provide technical advisory and rural extension services, forming part of the ISPN technical team within the scope of the Restaura Maranhão Project, with priority work in the regions of Zé Doca/MA and Açailândia/MA and municipalities covered by the project.
Hiring of specialized consulting services to provide training/capacity building for the technical teams of the CNS and the Puxirum Fund, within the scope of the Porongaço Project.

This Terms of Reference aims to contract a legal entity specialized in conducting a training/capacity-building process focused on strengthening the technical, operational, and strategic capabilities of the CNS and Puxirum Fund teams, within the scope of the Porongaço Project.
Interested organizations should submit:
• Technical Proposal, including work methodology;
• Financial Proposal;
• Institutional Portfolio;
• Resumes of the main technical team;
• Document proving technical capacity.
