Supported Indigenous peoples in Maranhão, Minas Gerais, and Espírito Santo in developing and improving community communication systems. The initiative was implemented by ISPN in partnership with the Nupef Institute.

Indigenous cultures

A diagnostic study was developed to understand the needs of indigenous peoples nationwide regarding their cultural, aesthetic, artistic, and tangible and intangible cultural heritage. This diagnosis supported the creation and launch of a call for proposals executed by the Casa Fund.

Charting new paths for good living

Organized by the women's collective Guerreiras da Floresta (Forest Warriors) from the Caru Indigenous Territory, the initiative combined awareness-raising actions on rights and support for socioeconomic initiatives in villages of Alto Alegre do Pindaré and Bom Jardim (MA), municipalities with low Human Development Indexes.

Sustainable Cotton

It supports the development of a sustainable cotton supply chain integrated with the agrobiodiversity of sustainable production systems in the Cerrado region of Northwest Minas Gerais, through support for community projects. The projects received support from the Ecos Fund, with funding.
