The result of a Project Management Training Course for young indigenous people of the Guajajara tribe from the Rio Pindaré and Caru Indigenous Lands in Maranhão, the Wiráhu Magazine This publication presents the experiences of the course participants throughout the training, as well as their lifestyles, culture, and territory. The four publications summarize the themes covered, activities carried out, methodologies, and results obtained at each stage of the course, through photographs, texts, and drawings produced by the participants themselves.

The publication's name is in the Guajajara language and refers to the hawk bird, which is very common in indigenous lands. The Training Course and the magazines are initiatives within the scope of the Institutional Strengthening Subprogram of the Basic Environmental Plan – Indigenous Component (PBACI) of Vale SA, with ISPN as the implementing partner.
