Support for projects led by women and youth in Maranhão and Tocantins, and in other states in the Cerrado and Caatinga biomes. The initiative promotes the sustainable use of biodiversity, maintaining ecosystem functions and improving the lives of families, and is expected to reach up to 48 community initiatives. It also promotes a comprehensive strategy to strengthen organizations, including training, communication, and systematization of learning, promoting climate justice, productive inclusion, adaptation and mitigation to climate change, and reducing socioeconomic vulnerability.
